Morganic Solutions is a specialist company that uses a remarkable and unique process to create structures that are both lightweight and exceptionally strong. Using pure 'nanocrystalline' copper and precious metals, we can manufacture both 'electroforms' and metal 'encapsulations'; with many diverse applications - from art to aerospace.

Nanocrystalline metal is defined as having an average grain size measured in billionths of a meter, much smaller than that of conventional metals, and with crystal sizes below 100 nano metres. The crystals in our metal structures are actually 35 to 45 nano meters in size and, most importantly, they are aligned in a uniform 'honeycomb' fashion, making them exceptionally strong.
The way in which these metal crystals are deposited from a chemical solution gives our 'nanocrystalline' copper mechanical properties more like mild steel than the relatively soft copper from a conventional ore refining process. See 'Technical Paper' for more details. Our process also gives the metal exceptionally high properties of both thermal and electrical conductivity.
Morganic This is not an electroplating process where an existing metal object is simply coated with a different metal - we actually manufacture nanocrystalline metal objects by growing them onto a mould to make either hollow forms or encapsulations of any shape or complexity; from under a millimetre to well over a metre in size.

By the very nature of this process, it becomes possible to produce forms in metal that are impossible to manufacture through conventional processes - and at a very competitive cost, due to the relatively low manufacturing cost of producing moulds to grow metal on to.
Earlier generation electroformed products often required further work post production, due to the deposited layer being insufficiently uniform or not strong enough. Over many years, our experts have learned the secrets involved in creating perfect electroforms every time, even on extreme and difficult mould shapes; directly monitoring the process from beginning to end and ensuring accurate and consistent reproduction.
